Last week, while my mother-in-law was taking care of her plants, a cute blue bird perch on a tree branch in front of our house. It’s so cute that we are tempted to capture it.

We made an improvise cage for this little bird since we don’t really have a bird cage. Yah, that really sounds stupid for us, catching a bird and don’t have a cage.
We let the bird inside the cage for a night, but we decided to let it go in the morning cause we’re afraid that it might just die cause it won’t eat the food that we gave(banana) and it looks so sad, maybe because the cage is too small and it can’t fly. But even if we already opened the cage, this little blue bird won’t fly away.
So we just get inside and left the bird, but Jacob was looking at it from inside and he was so happy when the bird finally spread it’s wings and fly.
But I got curious what kid of bird that bird really was, so I made a research before I made this post and I found out that it’s a Budgerigar, also known as Common Pet Parakeet or Shell Parakeet. Budgerigars are popular pets around the world due to their small size, low cost, ability to mimic human speech and playful nature. I should have made a research upon the capture of that bird and keep it as pet… I just hope that cute blue budgerigar is still free, or if not, I hope it’s in good hands…
